Early Voting Is Underway in Minnesota!

Your Seat. Your Voice. Your Choice.

Minnesota residents do not have to wait until Election Day to make their voices heard. Voting before Election Day began September 18, 2026, and continues through November 2, with the state's new early voting process beginning October 16. You can vote in person at a designated early voting location or request an absentee ballot to vote by mail. To vote early in person, visit an authorized location, complete the required voting paperwork, receive your ballot, make your selections, and return or cast your ballot as instructed by election officials. You can also register when voting early if you provide the required proof of residence. Check the Minnesota Secretary of State's website for voting locations, hours, registration requirements, and official instructions.

Election Day: Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
